Some is having trouble with Refworks. Where can I send them?
If someone has some general questions about Refworks (how to use it, how to set up an account), feel free to send them to the Reference Desk.
However, if someone is experiencing problems or technical issues with Refworks, the best bet is to have them email the Refworks support listserv: lib-refworks@interchange.ubc.ca
This is staffed by a group of UBC Librarians who specialize in Refworks issues and a patron can expect to hear a response within 24 hours or so.
